COVID-19:
In the event that you may be sick or are exposed to someone who is sick, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment and STAY HOME, PLEASE!
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
Due to the nature of our detailed, semi-invasive services, I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. I do not allow any guests, children, and/or pets to accompany you into the studio. There are many shops, restaurants, and bars in our area if your guest(s) would like to wait close till the completion of the appointment.
LATENESS:
Guest should arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointments. Please familiarize yourself with our location. I have a strict no-tolerance policy for late arrivals. I CAN NOT AND WILL NOT RUSH PERFECTION! Exceptions will not be made for anyone arriving late due to traffic or any other personal emergency. Arrivals 15 minutes, or more, late will be cancelled and deposits will be forfeited. An additional deposit of $150 will be required to reschedule your appointment if you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 7 days or more notice when rescheduling your appointment.
Deposits/payments are non-refundable. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment time or if you reschedule with less than 7 days notice, your payment will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. Additional deposits will be required to reschedule your appointment if you give less than 7 days notice.
SERVICE DEPOSITS:
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IS DUE IMMEDIATELY upon booking to secure all appointments. Deposits will be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Square or Stripe (and you will receive instructions in your email when you book online). This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about booking this appointment and to secure the appointment day and time. Failure to pay the deposit will result in the cancellation of your appointment. The remaining balance is due when you arrive at your appointment.
TOUCH UP APPOINTMENTS:
For Brows:
Microblading/Microshading is a 2 part process. New clients receive two sessions with their new client rates. The second session, called the touch-up, is complimentary. The complimentary touch-up appointment is included in the initial appointment fee and is to be completed no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 10 weeks from the initial session. After 10 weeks, you will forfeit your complimentary touch-up and a $200 fee will be applied (only for up to 12 months, after that, other fees will apply). Additional touch-up sessions may be needed for oily, problematic skin, color-corrected brows, those with dark-pigmented skin, and people who do not follow aftercare instructions properly.
For Lip Blush:
New clients receive two sessions with their new client rates. The second session, called the touch up, is complimentary. The complimentary touch-up appointment is included in the initial appointment fee and is to be completed no sooner than 4 weeks and no later than 8 weeks from the initial appointment. After 8 weeks, you will forfeit your complimentary touch-up and a $150 fee will be applied (only for up to 6 months, after that, other fees will apply). Additional touch-up sessions may be needed for problematic lips, color-corrected lips, and people who do not follow aftercare instructions properly. It is required that clients wait for a minimum of 4 weeks post-fillers in order to book a Lip Bush appointment.
FUTURE TOUCH-UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
If you are a return client, and you need to schedule a touch-up appointment, please refer to the "Yearly Color Boost section" when booking online or email iconicbeautyandink@gmail.com if you have any questions.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
I am extremely selective when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, I request that you email clear photos of your brows for approval (iconicbeautyandink@gmail.com) BEFORE your appointment booking. In addition to the photos in your email, please include the date of your last brow tattoo and how many sessions you received. If the tattoo is determined to be too dark, or misshapen, multiple saline tattoo removal sessions will be recommended prior to scheduling an appointment. I do not guarantee results for cover-up work, and additional appointments may be needed to achieve the best results (which will be charged accordingly).
SALINE TATTOO REMOVALS & EMERGENCY TATTOO REMOVALS:
If you have a tattoo that you would like removed, email clear photos of your tattoo for approval (iconicbeautyandink@gmail.com)
BEFORE your appointment booking. Some tattoos may be determined unable to be removed. No exceptions, lightening and/or removing unwanted pigment is a long process and patience is required. This is true whether you are choosing a lighting product service or laser. Please be patient and give the process a fair chance to work. Expect visible and wanted results in 3 to 5 sessions. However, how many sessions are needed will depend on how saturated the pigment is, how deep it was implanted, and how much needs to be removed for the desired result. In many cases, only a percentage of the pigment needs to be lightened/removed, and then we can continue the correction process by color correcting or color shifting. Results and how many sessions cannot be foreseen, predicted, or guaranteed.
*** An Emergency Saline Tattoo Removal Can also be done as long as you book your appointment within 48 hours of regretting or receiving botched permanent makeup.
GRATUITIES:
They are not necessary but welcomed, of course. :)
IMPORTANT FOR ALL CLIENTS:
Microblading and all permanent cosmetics are considered a multiple-step appointment process. Healed results will vary with each individual client. NO guarantees will be made. Additional sessions (at an additional charge) may be required to obtain optimal desired results. Although I give my best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less-than-desired outcome, as each client will heal differently. In order for your new brows to heal properly (and look their very best) please follow all Pre & Post Care Instructions! These instructions are designed to ensure the best results for your service. And for Microblading it also helps limit bleeding and skin sensitivities during the service. Excess bleeding during the procedure can dilute and expel the pigment color and lead to poor results.
